My name is Tasos and I come from Thessaloniki, Greece. After finishing with my studies (BSc and MSc in computer science), I started as a web developer. So far, I develop asp.net web applications for almost 3 years now. In the process, some basic but solid skills of css and javascript came along.
With this blog I share some challenges that I occasionally have to deal with. The code that you will find here is mainly to use as a reference or guide to help you (hopefully!) solve your problem.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We were all meant to shine, as children do. It’s not just in some of us, it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
Being a geek is all about being honest about what you enjoy and not being afraid to demonstrate that affection. It means never having to oay it cool about how much you like something. It’s basically a licence to proudly emote on a somewhat childish level rather than behave like a supposed adult. Being a geek is extremely liberating.
